Our Story

PROMAX Carpet Cleaning has acquired over 35 years of experience since its foundation. This family business was originally founded by my grandfather in the Montreal area and has continued to operate in the Gatineau-Ottawa region since its relaunch.

We are equipped with commercial grade machines, our method involves hot water extraction. Our method extracts the most stubborn dirt while preserving the aesthetic appearance of your carpets.

Our cleaning products

We use a specific formula which consists of injecting hot water into the interior fibers of your carpets combined with biodegradable enzymatic soaps. Then powerful suction pulls in everything including dust, dirt, allergens, cleaning product and 95% of moisture. This is the method most recommended by carpet manufacturers.
